We ask that you please wait two weeks from the date that your order was shipped to inquire about its status. Not the date the order was placed.
Ground Advantage
If you ordered with Ground Advantage and it never arrived, please try using the Shop app from the App or Google Play store, to locate your package. You can also enter your tracking number at usps.com to be updated on its status.
If USPS tracking says that your package was lost in delivery, than please email us and we will replace it. Please include tracking number in email. Tracking number is required for replacement.
First Class Mail
We do NOT replace any undelivered or lost orders shipped with First Class Mail. As it does not have tracking and we cannot determined its location or status.
There are NO refunds on First Class Mail.
